Associate Director, Salesforce Health Platform Lead

Full Time On-Site/Hybrid Information Technology Salesforce Associate Director Apply for this Job For the expansion of the Commercial Medical Affairs Business Information Systems (BIS) team, argenx is looking for a Salesforce Health Cloud Platform Lead.

This role will function as the solution architect and platform owner for argenx Patient Engagement Platform built on Salesforce Health Cloud.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of 3 to 5 year Patient Engagement technical roadmap
• Act as the technical leader for argenx during system implementations, providing guidance and as decision maker on technical matters.
• Maintain existing architecture documentation as platform and organization evolves
• Facilitate design workshops with business analyst, technical teams and stakeholders to verify requirements
• With the understanding of challenges facing stakeholders, design appropriate short and long term solutions
• Provide demo of solutions to stakeholders to confirm design and get feedback prior to proceeding implementation
• Perform review and testing of configuration and code to ensure the implemented solution meets stakeholder needs and does not negatively impact ability to make future changes
• Work with various BIS and business stakeholders in developing and maintaining a roadmap of future capabilities
• Serve as Technical SME for system enhancements, software updates, new feature implementations, and integrations
• Provide technical oversight of Managed Service team that supports the Salesforce health cloud platform
• Proactively monitor the overall health of salesforce health cloud platform usage, licenses, managed packages and integrations and make recommends on improvements based on findings
• Collaborate with vendor partner supporting data warehouse and reporting capabilities to resolve issues related to integrations
• Track the Salesforce Health cloud roadmap, schedule and incorporate them into the platform road map as necessary
• Maintain an overall understanding of industry landscape to ensure that we are deploying best-practice solutions

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years working either in a biopharmaceutical company or a consulting organization with focus on the life sciences sector required
• Extensive experience with configuration and customization of the Salesforce health cloud platform required
• Hands on experience configuring and supporting salesforce health cloud as developer or solution architect required
• Experience with large system implementations including integrations between salesforce and 3rd party applications including Specialty Pharmacy systems, EMR systems, Data Warehouses, Websites, required.
• Experience with providing oversight to a managed services team required
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs required
• Strong presentation skills; able to optimally present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale to stakeholders, required
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience, required
• Experience with Komodo Care Coordinator formerly Patient Journey Navigator preferred
• Data management experience preferred
• Understanding of the industry landscape and global regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA. GDPR, etc.)
